5 rhythms

i went to a 5 rhythms dance class a couple weeks ago.  it was amazing!  i’d never enjoyed dancing so much.  it was such a great workout, and a great release.  i wish i could go this week…i need it.  i feel like i’m in a funk.  i’m feeling a little stuck and lost.  so this week i’ll be doing the movements at home, paying attention to my breath, chewing slowly, writing, painting, and doing some contemplation.
